Important Events:

Book 1, Pg 89 - "Bullstrode, Millicent" then became a Slytherin. Perhaps it was Harry's imagination, after all he'd heard about Slytherin, but he thought they looked an unpleasant lot.
Book 2, Pg 143-144 - Duelling Club: "Miss Granger - you can partner Miss Bulstrode," said Snape... Behind (Malfoy) walked a Slytherin girl who reminded Harry of a picture he'd seen in Holidays With Hags. She was large and square and her heavy jaw jutted aggresively. Hermione have her a weak smile which she did not return.
Hermione and Millicent Bullstrode were still moving; Millicent had Hermione in a headlock and Hermione was whimpering in pain. Both their wands lay forgotten on the floor. Harry leapt forward and pulled Millicent off. It was difficult; she was a lot bigger than he was.
Book 2, Pg 160-161 - (Hermione) showed them a single hair inside it. "Remember Millicent Bullstrode wrestling with me at the Duelling Club? She left this on my robes when she was trying to strangle me! And she's gone home for Christmas -"
