"Oh, you're going to fight us, are you?" Malfoy sneered.
"Unless you get out now," said Harry, more bravely than he felt, because Crabbe
and Goyle were a lot bigger than him or Ron.
"But we don't feel like leaving, do we, boys? We've eaten all our food and you
still seem to have some."
Goyle reached towards the Chocolate Frogs next to Ron - Ron leapt forward, but
before he'd so much as touched Goyle, Goyle let out a horrible yell. Scabbers the
rat was hanging off his finger, sharp little teeth sunk deep into Goyle's knuckle -
Crabbe and Malfoy backed away as Goyle swung Scabbers round and round, howling,
and when Scabbers finally flew off and hit the window, all three of them
disappeared at once.
(Harry's) hands began to grow, the fingers thickened, the nails broadened and the
knuckles were bulging like bolts. His shoulder's stretched painfully and a
prickling on his forehead told him that hair was creeping down towards his
eyebrows; his robes ripped as his chest expanded like a barrel bursting its hoops;
his feet were agony in shoes four sizes too small... So this was what it felt
like, being Goyle. His large hands trembled, he pulled off his old robes, which
were hanging a foot above his ankles, pulled on the spare ones and laced up
Goyle's boat-like shoes. He reached up to brush hair out of his eyes and met only
the short growth of wiry bristles, low on his forehead. Then he realised that his
glsses were clouding his eyes, because Goyle obviously didn't need them. He took
them off and called, "Are you two OK?" Goyle's low rasp of a voice issued from his
mouth.
(Harry) stepped in front of the mirror. Goyle stared back at him out of dull,
deep-set eyes.
Harry looked at Ron, bewildered.
"That looks more like Goyle," said Ron. "That's how he looks every time a
teacher asks him a question."
