Important Events:
Book 1, Pg 90 - ...then a pair of twin girls, "Patil" and "Patil"...
Book 1, Pg 110-111 - Malfoy makes fun of Neville.
"Shut up, Malfoy," snapped Parvati Patil.
"It wasn't his (Harry's) fault, Professor -"
"Be quiet, Miss Patil -"
Book 1, Pg 127 - Harry and Ron overheard Parvati Patil telling her
friend Lavendar that Hermione was crying in the girl's toilets and wanted to be
left alone.
Book 1, Pg 164 - "We've won! Gryffindor are in the lead!" shrieked
Hermione, dancing up and down on her seat and hugging Parvati Patil in the row in
front.
Book 2, Pg 115 - "But, Professor (Binns)," piped up Parvati Patil,
"you'd probably have to use Dark Magic to open it (the Chamber) -"
Book 3, Pg 80 - "Beware a red-haired man," Trelawny shot suddenly at
Parvati Patil.
Parvati gave a startled look at Ron, who was right behind her, and edged her chair
away from him.
Book 3, Pg 88 - Both Lavendar and Parvati whispered, "Oooh no, Harry,
remember your tea leaves!"
Book 3, Pg 104 - Parvati walked forward, her face set. Snape rounded on
her. There was another crack, and where he had stood was a blood-stained, bandaged
Mummy; its sightless face was turned to Parvati and it began to walk towards her,
very slowly, dragging its feet, its stiff arms rising - "Riddikulus!" cried
Parvati. A bandage unravelled at the mummy's feet; it became entangled, fell face
forwards and its head rolled off.
Book 3, Pg 107 - Parvati Patil and Lavender Brown had taken to haunting
Prof Trelawny's tower room at lunchtimes, and always returning with annoyingly
superior looks on their faces, as though they knew things the others didn't. They
had also started using hushed voices whenever they spoke to Harry, as though he
was on his deathbed.
Book 3, Pg 111 - Lavender Brown seemed to be crying, Parvati had her
arm around her, and was explaining something to Seamus Finnegan and Dean Thomas,
who were looking very serious.
"What's the matter, Lavender?" asked Hermione anxiously.
"She got a letter from home this morning," Parvati whispered. "It's her rabbit,
Binky. He's been killed by a fox."
"Oh," said Hermione. "I'm sorry Lavender." ...
"Oh," said Hermione... "Was Binky an old rabbit?"
"N-no!" sobbed Lavender. "H-he was only a baby!"
Parvati tightened her arm around Lavender's shoulders.
"But then, why would you dread him dying?" said Hermione.
Parvati glared at her.
Book 3, Pg 129 - "We told you," said Parvati (to Snape) suddenly, "we
haven't got as far as werewolves yet, we're still on -"
Book 3, Pgs 218-220 - Prof Trelawny made her usual dramatic entrance...
Parvati and Lavender quivered with excitement, their faces lit by the milky glow
of their crystal ball.
Parvati and Lavender were looking scandalised (at Ron disrupting the class).
Hermione poo-poo's Prof Trelawny... Parvati whispered something to Lavender, and
they both glared at Hermione, too... Hermione walks out...
Lavender remembers Prof Trelawny seeing it...
Lavender and Parvati looked deeply impressed, and moved over so that Prof Trelawny
could join their table instead.
Book 3, Pg 236 - Parvati came back down the ladder (from the Divination
exam) glowing with pride. "She says I've got the makings of a true Seer," she
informed Harry and Ron. "I saw loads of stuff... well, good luck!"
She hurried off down the spiral staircase towards Lavender.
