The X-Writers stories follow on from the following actual issues of
Marvel comic books, so it might be advised to reread them before starting.
Generation-X #7, Pryde and Wisdom LS, Gambit LS, Cable #24, X-Factor #115,
Excalibur #90, X-Force #46, Wolverine #93, X-Men #45, X-Man #8, Uncanny X-Men #325
The X-Writers project ran from 2005-2006.
Some of these stories are anonymous as the authors have decided they no longer wish
to have their names attached to them (wusses).
To make things easy on you the reader I will try to order the issues in a more
useful manner than just by series as there are crossovers etc...
- The Main Arc - X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, Wolverine and
misc other issues forming a tangled web of storyline featuring the Shadow King,
Sinister, Legacy and Magneto to name a few.
- Generation-X - Iceman moves in but things go on as normal.
- X-Force - the team move to Los Angeles.
- Cable - after an encounter with Apocalypse he's not quite the
man you used to know.
- X-Man - featuring Adam-X, Selene and Belasco, Madelyne Pryor and
Dark Beast.
- X-Factor - the team's changing so fast we can't keep up.
- The Darker Side - short lived adult version of X-Men
Unlimited (no that does not mean sex).
- Excalibur and Angels and Demons - includes a Pete Wisdom Limited
series, 2 issues of X-Men Unlimited, John Constantine and the return of several
long lost characters.
